Please join the City of Wilsonville’s Public Memorial Service in celebration of Senator Aaron Woods. A public memorial to celebrate the life of a kind and generous public servant will take place at Town Center Park on Wednesday, Aug. 13, at 10 am. All are welcome to attend in loving memory of the late Sen. Aaron Woods. 

This will be an opportunity to remember how Senator Woods helped shape Wilsonville through his thoughtful service, unique insight, and dedication to lifting all voices.

At the time of his passing earlier this year, Woods served Wilsonville and nearby communities as the elected representative of Oregon Senate District 13. He also served on the Clackamas Community College Board.  Prior to that, the long-time Wilsonville resident served on Wilsonville's Planning Commission and was a founding member of the Wilsonville Alliance for Inclusive Community. 

This will be an opportunity to remember how Senator Woods helped shape Wilsonville through his thoughtful service, unique insight, and dedication to lifting all voices.
